The Establishment of Uttarakhand Co-operative Housing & Construction Federation Ltd. has been Registered under No. U-04, by date 08 December, 2010. After this in order of the Resolution passed in the Annual General Body meeting of Uttarakhand Co-operative Housing Federation Ltd. on 26 March, 2015  the Name of this Federation was Amended and kept Uttarakhand Housing and Construction Co-operative Federative Ltd. Now Uttarakhand Housing and Construction Co-operative Federative Ltd. is an Apex Body of Cooperative. At present its Head Office is located at Bhu-Vyawastha Bhawan, Tanda tiraha, Moradabad Road, Kashipur (Udhamsingh Nagar) and Regional Office is located at Tarai Vikas Sangh Campus Rudrapur. The Working Area of the Federation is Limited to the Entire State of Uttarakhand.
